My Aim

As the founder of Functional Fit by Jaz, my aim is to provide a relatable and personalised approach to fitness for women and mothers, whilst still encouraging accountability. I myself am a young mum aswell as a Fitness Coach, I understand the chaos that can be day to day life and needing flexibility to make the time for your health. I also am a firm believer that if you set your priorities right you will find the time for your health and fitness. Whether you're already into fitness & looking for more, in postpartum recovery wanting to safely rebuild, or anything in between I am here to coach & support you along the way.
How It Works
Joining a Program
If you're someone who already has an idea on what you're looking to achieve, whether you're working out from home or in the gym and just need to know how to achieve these results, I have a selection of programs for a variety of fitness levels and goals available at your fingertips. Ready to give it a go?

Online Coaching
If you're looking for something more personalised or more guidance, One on One coaching may be a better fit for you. I specialise in coaching for women, going through any phase of life- with expertise in training through the menstrual cycle, menopause, and much more. My online Coaching includes; Curated Programs to suit your goals and lifestyle, weekly check in calls, and my DMs open to answer your questions and guide you daily. Available to anyone- anywhere in the world.
Pregnancy and Postpartum Coaching- COMING SOON
As a mother, I understand it can be so scary trying to navigate fitness through pregnancy & postpartum. So much mixed advice can leave you wondering what really is best for you and bubs. Let me take the worry from you anywhere along your journey to or in motherhood and help you be the strongest mumma for you and your little one(s). Pregnancy and Postpartum programs certainly aren't one size fits all so get in touch with me today to see how I can assist you along your journey!



Challenges
Keep an eye out for up and coming challenges. If you're keen to shred for summer, or lock into those booty gains through the winter, I run a selection of challenges for different results. Be part of a community of people around the world completing the same challenge as you to relate and encourage you to get it done- or if you're like me a little bit of healthy competition can be great motivation. And of course best transformation for each challenge wins a prize, a $150 credit to go toward any of my online programs/coaching, or one on one personal training if you live locally!
